We recommend sending the package back to us using a tracked Royal Mail service to ensure we safely receive the ashes (you will need to pay for postage). Upon receipt of the ashes we aim to craft and dispatch your order within 7 working days. We will also send to you a completed certificate and return any unused ashes with your order. The final layer added is of clear resin which when finished has the appearance of a glossy stone which shimmers and sparkles beneath with a multitude of colours.
