Keep your loved one close to your heart with this gorgeous ashes urn necklace. Crafted from high quality 925 sterling silver, the necklace features two hearts forming an infinity symbol. The pendant is decorated with a sparkling pink crystal heart and small shimmering clear crystals.  

The front of the pendant is engravable with your chosen words (optional). 

The pendant unscrews at the top to place a small amount of ashes inside. It also comes with a funnel kit and instructions. Ashes Jewellery can be a beautiful way to commemorate your loved one or pet.

Metal: 100% 925 Sterling Silver (Hallmarked)- We work
alongside our trusted long-term manufacturer who specialises in producing the highest quality genuine 925 sterling silver jewellery, free from Nickel, Lead & Cadmium.

Sterling Silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. This alloy is used for jewellery making as it is far more durable than pure silver alone.

Your charm will be beautifully packaged in our Charming Keepsake Co white and rose gold velvet gift bag. If you would prefer a Charming Keepsake Co white and rose gold gift box please add a message at checkout stating 'Gift Box'.

Resin Ashes charms will be packaged in a Gift Box as standard.

NECKLACE PACKAGING

Your necklace will be beautifully packaged in our Charming Keepsake Co white and rose gold pull out drawer necklace gift box (with a white suede pouch inside holding the necklace).

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift Wrapping is available in luxurious floral wrapping paper. This costs an extra £1.50 per order. Please Select at checkout if required. If selected we will package your item in a gift box and gift wrap the box.

Shipping Information

UK DELIVERY

Standard shipping is free via Royal Mail 24 delivery service which usually takes 1 – 2 working days for delivery. You have the option to upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service or Special Next Day Delivery for an extra cost. 

We will dispatch your item within 1 working day (items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday). In the event of a Bank Holiday, if your order is placed after 11:00 am on a Friday it will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Please note that the dispatch time for engraved items is 2-3 working days and resin ashes jewellery is 1 week from receipt of your ashes collection pack. 

Special Delivery

For orders placed prior to 11am you can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery service for an extra cost at checkout, in order to receive your item the following day (excludes Sunday delivery).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

USA Customers - The 10% import duty is prepaid by us. No customs fees to pay.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail's International Tracked delivery service, which usually takes on average 5 working days to European counties and 5-7 working days to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, the EU and most other Non-European counties. The carrier outside the UK will depend on the destination country but we provide a follow on link from Royal Mails tracking page.

EU Customers- We are IOSS registered- no customs fees to pay upon receipt.

Other countries- Please be aware that customs charges may be applied upon delivery, dependent on the value of the items. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs handling fee.

 

Important Engraving Information

OPTIONAL ENGRAVING- We can engrave your chosen words onto the front of the necklace pendant. We recommend up to a maximum of 16 characters. Engraving costs £5 extra. Engraved items have a dispatch time of 2-3 days (Your item will be dispatched within 1 working day if engraving is not selected).

The highest quality, we use a laser engraving machine to engrave all our Jewellery items. Your engraved text will be completed in lower case with a capital letter at the beginning of names and messages. Initials will be in Capital letters. Please refer to our CHOICE OF FONTS Document to choose the style of font you would prefer and select from choice below.
