How do I know if my order has completed?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order information once you have paid for your order.
How long will it take to receive my jewellery item?
All jewellery items listed on our website are in stock in our UK office. Your order will be shipped within 1 working day. Engraved items have a dispatch time of 2-3 working days.
The shipping time depends on the Royal Mail shipping method that you selected at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, Google, Apple pay and you can also pay later or in instalments with Klarna.
How do you secure my payment information?
We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment methods used are safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and payment card information, your online purchase will be processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is also encrypted to keep it protected while in transaction.
What should I do if I don’t receive my parcel?
You can email our Customer Service directly with your Order number and we will check the tracking information for you and provide an update. If, on the rare occasion, your package was lost in transit we will resend for you express delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer an easy, hassle-free 30-day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. HOW DO YOU ENGRAVE YOUR ITEMS?
The highest quality and guaranteed to last a lifetime, we use a state-of-the-art laser engraving machine to engrave all our Jewellery items. Our engraved items are designed to be worn every day and you can rest assured that the engraving will not fade.
Your engraved text will be completed in lower case with a capital letter at the beginning of names and messages. Initials will be in Capital letters. Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.
ARE YOUR CHARMS GENUINE SILVER AND DO THEY FIT BRANDED BRACELETS?
Our charms are made of 925 sterling silver. Sterling Silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. This alloy is used for jewellery making as it is far more durable than pure silver alone.
Our charms are compatible with European style charm bracelets, such as Pandora, Biagi, Troll, Chamilia etc.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR ORDERING/ MAKING ASHES RESIN JEWELLERY?
We meticulously and carefully craft the charm with the ashes of your loved one or pet, allowing you to carry a cherished reminder with you always. We delicately set the ashes in resin on the front of the charm in the colour of your choice and engrave your chosen words onto the reverse, providing you the opportunity to add a name, message, or significant date.
We offer six different resin colours to allow our customers to create a truly unique and individual ashes charm which reflects their own colour preferences or those of your passed loved one. The colours available are Blue, Rose Gold, Turquoise, Green, Pink or Purple. As each charm is individually handcrafted there may be slight variations in the colour and finish of the resin.
We respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with a special resin of your chosen colour. Taking our time to carefully craft each piece, we add layer upon layer of the resin containing the cremation ashes. The top layer added is of clear resin which when finished has the appearance of a glossy stone which shimmers and sparkles beneath with a multitude of colours. This final outer layer is extremely hard and durable to protect the resin and ashes.
We treat the ashes of your loved with the utmost care and dignity. We work in a sterile workshop. Your order is clearly labelled and separated from other orders and worked on individually by a member of a team. All unused ashes are returned to you along with your ashes charm.
Once we have received your order we will send you a free ashes collection pack with instructions. We recommend sending this back to us using a tracked Royal Mail service. Upon receipt of the ashes we aim to craft and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. We will also send to you a completed certificate. We will use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 delivery service.
