**IMPORTANT - Once we have received your order we will post out your ashes collection pack to return to us with the ashes. This contains an order form for you to complete and a small plastic jar for you to add the ashes to. Upon receipt of the ashes we aim to craft and dispatch your order within 1 WEEK.**

VISIBLE OR HIDDEN ASHES - The necklace photographed is crafted with mica blue resin and hidden ashes. If you prefer some ashes to be visible we will display some of the white ashes fragments in the top layer of resin.

RESIN COLOUR OPTIONS - We offer a carefully curated selection of 11 beautiful resin colours, allowing you to create a truly personal and meaningful ashes necklace. Many customers choose colours that reflect their own colour preferences or those of your passed loved one.

Our signature finish features shimmering, two-tone opalescent pigments. These are delicately blended into the resin to create a light-catching effect that shifts subtly as it moves, giving your necklace a gentle sparkle and depth in different lighting. For a more understated look, we also offer a mica powder finish. This creates a smooth, single-tone colour with a soft, elegant shimmer—perfect for those who prefer a more subtle and refined appearance.

All of our pigments are made from natural mineral-based powders and are carefully selected to ensure a high-quality, lasting finish.

ASHES PROCESS

We respectfully blend a small amount of the ashes ( we can add a tiny amount of visible hair too if you would like ) with a special resin of your chosen colour. Taking our time to carefully craft each piece, we add layer upon layer of the resin containing the cremation ashes. The final layer added is of clear resin which when finished has the appearance of a glossy stone which shimmers and sparkles beneath with a multitude of colours. This outer layer is extremely hard and durable to protect the resin and ashes.

We treat the ashes of your loved one or pet with the utmost care and dignity. We work in a sterile workshop. Your order is clearly labelled and separated from other orders and worked on individually by a member of a team. All unused ashes are returned to you along with your ashes charm.

Once we have received your order we will post out your ashes collection pack. This contains an order form for you to complete and a small plastic jar for you to add the ashes to. We recommend sending the package back to us using a tracked Royal Mail service to ensure we safely receive the ashes (you will need to pay for postage). Upon receipt of the ashes we aim to craft and dispatch your order within 1 WEEK. We will also send to you a completed certificate and return any unused ashes with your order.

Metal: 100% 925 Sterling Silver (Hallmarked)- We work alongside our trusted long-term manufacturer who specialises in producing the highest quality genuine 925 sterling silver jewellery, free from Nickel, Lead & Cadmium.

Sterling Silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. This alloy is used for jewellery making as it is far more durable than pure silver alone.

Your charm will be beautifully packaged in our Charming Keepsake Co white and rose gold velvet gift bag. If you would prefer a Charming Keepsake Co white and rose gold gift box please add a message at checkout stating 'Gift Box'.

NECKLACE PACKAGING

Your ashes necklace will be beautifully packaged in our Charming Keepsake Co white and rose gold pull out drawer necklace gift box (with a white suede pouch inside holding the necklace).

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift Wrapping is available in luxurious floral wrapping paper. This costs an extra £1.50 per item. Please Select at checkout if required. If selected we will package your item in a gift box and gift wrap the box.

Shipping Information

UK DELIVERY

Standard shipping is free via Royal Mail tracked 48 Delivery service which usually takes 2 working days for delivery. You have the option to upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service for an extra cost.

We will dispatch your item within 1 working day (items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday). In the event of a Bank Holiday, if your order is placed after 11:00 am on a Friday it will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Please note that the dispatch time for engraved items is 2-3 working days and resin ashes jewellery is 1 week from receipt of your ashes collection pack.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

USA Customers - The import duty is prepaid by us. There will be no import or customs fees to pay upon receipt by the customer.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail's International Tracked delivery service, which usually takes on average 5 working days to European counties and 5-7 working days to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, the EU and most other Non-European counties. The carrier outside the UK will depend on the destination country but we provide a follow on link from Royal Mails tracking page.

EU Customers- We are IOSS registered and the 3 Euros import duty is prepaid by us- there will be no customs fees to pay upon receipt.

Other countries- Please be aware that customs charges may be applied upon delivery, dependent on the value of the items. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs handling fee.
