The top pendant is decorated with a shimmering clear crystal embellished infinity symbol inscribed with 'Daughter in Law' and a pink cubic zirconia heart. The rose gold heart pendant below is engraved with 'I'm so lucky to have you'.

Shipping Information

UK DELIVERY

Standard shipping is free via Royal Mail tracked 48 Delivery service which usually takes 2 working days for delivery. You have the option to upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service for an extra cost.

We will dispatch your item within 1 working day (items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday). In the event of a Bank Holiday, if your order is placed after 11:00 am on a Friday it will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Please note that the dispatch time for engraved items is 2-3 working days and resin ashes jewellery is 1 week from receipt of your ashes collection pack.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

USA Customers - The import duty is prepaid by us. There will be no import or customs fees to pay upon receipt by the customer.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail's International Tracked delivery service, which usually takes on average 5 working days to European counties and 5-7 working days to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, the EU and most other Non-European counties. The carrier outside the UK will depend on the destination country but we provide a follow on link from Royal Mails tracking page.

EU Customers- We are IOSS registered and the 3 Euros import duty is prepaid by us- there will be no customs fees to pay upon receipt.

Other countries- Please be aware that customs charges may be applied upon delivery, dependent on the value of the items. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs handling fee.
