The necklace features a high quality polished stainless steel bar pendant embellished with a sparkling crystal in a choice of 12 different colours. The front and reverse of the necklace pendant are engravable with your chosen text.

***We can also engrave QR Codes onto any of our stainless steel items if you would like this on one side***

The pendant unscrews to place a small amount of the ashes inside. It also comes with a funnel kit and instructions.

NECKLACE PACKAGING

Your necklace will be beautifully packaged in our Charming Keepsake Co white and rose gold pull out drawer necklace gift box (with a white suede pouch inside holding the necklace).

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift Wrapping is available in luxurious floral wrapping paper. This costs an extra £1.50 per order. Please Select at checkout if required. If selected we will package your item in a gift box and gift wrap the box.

Shipping Information

UK DELIVERY

Standard shipping is free via Royal Mail 24 delivery service which usually takes 1 – 2 working days for delivery. You have the option to upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service or Special Next Day Delivery for an extra cost.

We will dispatch your item within 1 working day (items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday).

PLEASE NOTE that the dispatch time for engraved items is 2-3 working days and 1-2 weeks for resin ashes jewellery.

Special Delivery

For orders placed prior to 11am you can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery service for an extra cost at checkout, in order to receive your item the following day (excludes Sunday delivery).

Bank Holidays

Please note in the event of a Bank Holiday, if your order is placed after 11:00 am on a Friday it will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave you a card. This will allow you to collect it from your local sorting office. Sometimes they don’t always leave a card so please check with them first to see if they have your package.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We also ship worldwide via Royal Mail's International Tracked delivery service, which usually takes on average 3-5 working days to European counties and 5-7 working days to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia and all other Non-European counties.

We only use the highest quality packaging materials to ensure your item arrives to you safely.

Important Engraving Information

We will engrave your chosen text onto the front and/or back of the necklace pendant. Please
refer to our CHOICE OF FONTS Document to choose the style of font you would
prefer and select your choice from the Dropdown Box.

The highest quality and guaranteed to last a lifetime, we use a state-of-the-art
laser engraving machine to engrave all our Jewellery items. This jewellery is
designed to be worn every day and you can rest assured that the engraving will
not fade.

Your engraved text will be completed in lower case with a capital letter at
the beginning of names and messages. Initials will be in Capital letters.

Engraved items have a dispatch time of 2-3 days. As engraved items are
created especially for you we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these
items unfortunately unless the item was found to be faulty, in which case we
will rectify any issues immediately.
