Bracelet Sizing Guide

Our ashes bracelet is available in 18cm, 19cm and 20cm lengths. For the most comfortable fit, measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure just above the wrist bone, then add approximately 1–2cm depending on how you prefer to wear your bracelet.

As a guide:
18cm – Best for smaller wrists
19cm – Our most popular size, suitable for average wrists
20cm – Best for larger wrists

Gift Wrapping is available in luxurious floral wrapping paper. This costs an extra £1.50 per order. Please Select at checkout if required. If selected we will package your item in a gift box and gift wrap the box.

Shipping Information

UK DELIVERY

Standard shipping is free via Royal Mail tracked 48 Delivery service which usually takes 2 working days for delivery. You have the option to upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service for an extra cost.

We will dispatch your item within 1 working day (items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday). In the event of a Bank Holiday, if your order is placed after 11:00 am on a Friday it will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Please note that the dispatch time for engraved items is 2-3 working days and resin ashes jewellery is 1 week from receipt of your ashes collection pack.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

USA Customers - The import duty is prepaid by us. No customs fees to pay.

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail's International Tracked delivery service, which usually takes on average 5 working days to European counties and 5-7 working days to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, the EU and most other Non-European counties. The carrier outside the UK will depend on the destination country but we provide a follow on link from Royal Mails tracking page.

EU Customers- We are IOSS registered and the 3 Euros import duty is prepaid by us- there will be no customs fees to pay upon receipt.

Other countries- Please be aware that customs charges may be applied upon delivery, dependent on the value of the items. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs handling fee.

Important Engraving Information

OPTIONAL - Please enter the text you would like engraved onto the heart (we can engrave both sides). We recommend up to a maximum of 6 words on each side. Please state chosen font.

The highest quality and guaranteed to last a lifetime, we use a state-of-the-art
laser engraving machine to engrave all our Jewellery items. This jewellery is
designed to be worn every day and you can rest assured that the engraving will
not fade.

Your engraved text will be completed in lower case with a capital letter at
the beginning of names and messages. Initials will be in Capital letters.

Engraved items have a dispatch time of 2-3 days. As engraved items are
created especially for you we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these
items unfortunately unless the item was found to be faulty, in which case we
will rectify any issues immediately.
